The menu changes with the seasons, let yourself be guided between: zucchini flower fritters, a Veal chop with chanterelles, a Duo of Veal Sweetbreads and kidneys with morels, small stuffed Mamie Jeanne, the Poultry dumplings and Crayfish its Armorican sauce or even fresh frog legs with parsley.
